The situation about name hitparades in Germany is a little complicated:
The "official" hitparade is compiled by the GfdS (Gesellschaft für deutsche Sprache) who explicitely decided against making the names beyond rank 10 freely available. You can buy the full list of the top 200 names for 5 Euro here:

(Probably somewhat difficult if you don't speak German...)
There is somebody who compiles something like an unofficial hitparade here:
http://www.beliebte-vornamen.de/
There is nothing for German names that even comes close to the statistics that the SSA collects in the US.
