An answer (and I am impressed)

First seeing the name breedlove I thought that it perhaps meant something about loving to breed refering to some kind of fertility issue. Yet the net says something else. Love does not mean love at all but may mean wolf! well I will not dare to tread further down this path since a certain C.R. Humphrey-Smith, Esq., B.S.C, F.H.S., a member of the Heraldry Society of England and a certified Genealogist and Hope Perry Breedlove of Stone Mountain, Georgia already have done that. A book was even published called: "Breedlove Genealogical History"!. I am impressed.
But follow this link to learn more there is even an e-mail to a certain Phil Breedlove if his page does not satiate your hunger for breedlove knowledge.
