I think the problem here is one of timescales. Humankind migrated out of Africa a good 100,000 years ago, if not earlier. The languages we use today will have only the slightest resemblance to the languages used in that migration. And the continents have not been in isolation since that time (except Australia, and even then the isolation was not complete). If you read up on Africa's history - which would be more profitable than asking on message boards, I'm sure - you'll see that it is a history of colonisation, migration and cultural interaction. There have been many millenia for names to spread across continents.
