I could take a run at this, as I live in a French-speaking area, in Northern New Brunswick.
And no, there arn't really any specificlly Acadian names. Names used currently are what you'd hear in the Province of Quebec, as well as some names popular in English-speaking Canada.
There's a small influence from France-but not much. This is a simplification, of course, but Acadians consider themselves French-speaking North Americans.
I'm editing this to add that I have really no information on the naming preferences of the Cajun community.
