I haven't ever seen this name before on someone, but if it's pronounced in the Gaelic way, it should roughly sound like: "ILL-lug" with the stress on the first syllable.

Not sure if that's terribly clear, but hope it helps.

Ulick is the Anglicized version according to BtN.
