Does anyone know of any sites that have lists of popular names in Ireland from any time besides very currently? Like 1800s, early 1900s, even mid 1900s?
I need them for a story I'm doing. Any help would be much appreciated!

I don't, but if you're interested in finding time-appropriate names, you should consider going through genealogy lists. It only took me about ten minutes to do just that, and here are some names that came up multiple times:
Margaret
Hanora / Hanorah / Honorah / Honora
Catherine
Bridget
Ellen
Mary
Maria
Kate
Sally
Anne
Elizabeth
William
James
John
Michael
Patrick
Timothy
Denis
Peter
Thomas
Edmond
Cornelius
I took these from a list of baptisms of people by the surname Ryan--the list went from around 1700 to the 20th century, but I just looked around 1815 and 1900 for you. :)

Thanks! I actually did think of that, but wondered if there was a specific site. This was my back-up plan. Thankfully my university library has a subscription to AncestryPlus.com. Oh, how entertaining and useful it is! :)
