Dganit: Feminine form of Dagan, meaning cereal, grain.
I don't know about Einat; I knew a girl named Einat who told me once but I can't remember what she said. It's not a word, though.

dganit is the blue flower growing between the grain on fields ( i don't know the name in English) and Einat is from Ein/ Ain in hebrew means both eye and spring (of water)
