I'd pronounce it cah-DAYRN. It's not quite like that. I can't really spell it phonetically. You'd have to say it like that but with a Welsh accent. If it is also spelled Catigern that sort of confirms the pronunciation I am thinking of. The g would be soft, almost like an h. It reminds me of Cadarn, which is pronounced CAH-dern, so maybe the emphasis would be on the first syllable.
