I knew a Bride who pronounced it Bride(as in here comes the...) - however everyone still called her Breed !
Generally Brid/Bride(Anglicized version) is prn Breed and Bríd(the Irish version) is Breege.
ETA for spelling and clarity

I've always pronounced it BRIED. NEVER Brid. I'm not an expert, but everyone I know also pronounces it BRIED.
I have always pronounced it BRIED, but then, I'm no expert. ;-)
