I do not know the meaning of this name.
However, a lot of this region was under the cultural and political dominion of India, and a large number of names are of Indian origin.
In Sanskrit, there is a root yudh (with possible reflexes in Greek) meaning to fight, and the word yodhin can mean someone who fights. The Sanskrit dh does become th in Cambodian, but other things do as well, and there my knowledge ends. The Khmer alphabet is derived from Brahmi, and if I saw the spelling in that script, I could tell you if I am totally off base.
