could not find woollard listed here, so here is what i have found elsewhere:
it originates from east anglia uk, and is still usually found there
meaning "lord of the wolves"
wool - wolf
lard - lord
apparently the guy who looks out for wolves, like a kind of shepherd
as far as i know it is not connected with willard, could be wrong
