I was wondering where the name Rilana comes from and what it means. I was doing traineeship a couple of weeks ago on a nursery and there was this little girl called Rilana, I really like her name and I wondered what it meant. And when I was watching TV a couple of days ago there was something on the news I believe and there was a Polish girl called Rilana on there, so is the name possibly Polish or Eastern-European?
