Brainstorm with me here...
At work today, I saw a little boy who was being called "Age" and "Agee." I like the sound of it, but I can't figure out what on earth that could be a nickname for. Any ideas? Oh, and in related news, he had a brother named Linus! That's 2 days in a row now that little boys named Linus have been through the park. Weird!

Maybe his initials are AG?
Though it could be a pet form of some other name, it's also possible that his given name is Agee. Agee is after all a well-known surname. James Agee was a famous American author:

The original ancestors of the Agee family in the USA were French Huguenots, but the exact origin of their name in France is unknown at this time.

James Agee was my first guess, too...it just seemed kind of unlikely . nt .

Ajax? AJ (initial name)?
Ajax is the name of an all purpose cleaning agent in my country ;-)
Ajax seems like the best guess so far. Could be a Greek mythology-themed sibset. nt .
Ummm.. i can't help you with 'Age', but it sounds like it could be arabic...? Here's a link to a page i found that shows names that MIGHT relate to 'Age' or 'Agee':
