According to Diarmaid Ó Muirithe (A-Z of Irish Names for Children and their meanings), and according other Gaelic words with -aí (gardaí, e.g.), the pronunciation of Anraí is on-REE ("o" as in the English honour).
The other two pronunciations listed are:
own-REE ("ow" as in the English how)
ow-nuh-REE ("ow" as in the English how)
