Re: Siloé

Siloé is the French and Spanish form of the English Siloam, Biblical place name of a pool where Jesus cured a paralytic (Lk 13,4; Jn 9,7, Jn 9,11).
It is also the equivalent of other Biblical place names in English as Shiloah (Is 8,6), Siloah (Ne 3,15 in King James version) or Shelah (Ne 3,15 in Contemporary English version).
In last years, Siloé has become popular in France, just as other names with vocalic contact (Léa, Téo...) and/or unusual names.
