How do you pronounce Callum?

Does anyone know the correct Scottish pronounciation of Callum. It is quite a common name where I live and I have only ever heard it pronounced CAL-um like Calvin. But when I ran a poll with this name on it many people who commented seemed to think it was pronounced COL-um like 'call him on the phone'. One person suggested it was pronouced CALE-um like Caleb.

I do know, the scottish say KAL-um !!

CAL-um is the only way I ahve ever heard it pronounced and I ahve met several people by this name, however I am Australian, so I am not sure of the Scottish pronounciation.
