ArchivesZi and Eliai?? Origin? Meaning?
Do you know the origins of the name Zi and Liai, these are my sisters kids, both girls, Zi and ELiai (don't know how you spell it), she said she heard them about town and that they weren't Chinese which was my guess.

What town does your sister live in?
"Zee" has often been used as a nickname by women whose first names begin with the letter Z. There is a math professor from Turkey at my university whose given name is Zergun, but everyone calls her "Zee". Perhaps your sister heard Zee and assumed it was spelled Zi?
