Possibly "Sabuko" in Japanese? This would combine sabu+ko to yield "third girl". Let me hasten to add that I'm not a Japanese speaker beyond knowing everyday greetings plus some unkind descriptive terms for my ex-boss, "kuso-breath".

There is Kunto which is an African female name meaning "third child" but it's a little unfortunate.
SABURO m Japanese
TERCERO m Spanish
TERTIUS m Ancient Roman
These are all male names but perhaps you could feminise them.
