I list the Erion with a naming of "our wind".
I could not find out anymore where I found this meaning; probably in some forum where Albanians themselves discussed their names. This might well be an example of "folk etymology" where today's Albanians understand the name to mean this, but the true etymology is lost in the darkness of history.
