Does anyone know mine? Is it even Ethiopian?

I do know that the children take the father's first name as their family name. We have friends where the father is Ayele Dagny. His father was named Dagny. The kids have Ayele as their last name and David, etc, as their first names. These people are Orthodox Christians, so there may be a different scheme in place for other people.
