I really love the name Irelyn (pr: I-er-Lynn) for a girl but I can't find anything about it, what it means, where it came from, nicknames. I saw it on another message board but no one knew anything about it. Thanks!

Nicknames you could just make up such as Lynn. I like the spelling and the name and I agree that It's most likely just a creative spelling.

I would guess Irelyn's a kre8iv spelling of Ireland.
