"Lily" is to me a more visually pleasing variant of what you list as "Lillie". (And well do I remember the days when pictures of Lily made my life so wonderful... :) )

"Tigerlily", on the other hand, sounds like a late 60's Saigon bargirl in a tight cheongsam (which is redundant) slit up to HERE! Or it brings to mind Woody Allen's "What's Up, Tigerlily?", a hilariously dubbed (into unrelated English) cheesy Chinese action flick of 1970ish vintage.
