What is the pronunciation of "Cecile" ? I found it is "say-SEEL" in this site ,but it's a french pronuciation,how to pronuciate it in English??

I've always said the name as SUH-SEEL in english

SUH-SEEL? but Is it right if I said it as "SE-SEEL"? cuz I've been heard someone pronucitate it like this!
