Ullman(n) looks like a German last name to me. Since it's used as a first name, I am *guessing* it's male, but if you stop by the baby-board you'll discover that people see nothing wrong with using last names as female first names.

Uhh

most of the people over there don't like most last names as first names. Trust me, there have been LONG discussions over there.
