I found quite a number of German name pages who say that Naema is one of the many variants of Naomi. I was skeptical because to me these two names seem rather far apart, and I continued to search.
I finally arrived at the following page that offers Bible translations in several languages that in my view pretty much settles the issue:

Naema is the name Naamah as it is used in German and in Dutch. (Follow the link to see the meaning.)
Interesting, however, that the two Hebrew root words behind Naomi (no'am) and Naamah (na'em) both have meanings like pleasant and pleasantness and are somewhat similar ...
