The word "Dharma" finds its roots in Hindu mythology. It means 'relegion' (broadly and as known to many Hindus). Whereas in Sanskrit it means moral commitment towards something.
for example 'Dharmaraj- Dharma + Raj (kingdom) means - moral (or religious commitments) towards ruling a kindom (preferably by a king).

Use a dictionary. Seek and you shall find.

It means 'the way things are', but can mean other things.
according to www.kagyuoffice.org/buddhim.hmtl
it means the truth. it is used in capitals to mean the teachings of Buddha.
