Is it just me or does the general message board get a lot of trolls? As funny as some of them are, it's very annoying to the good people who just want to find out the meaning/origin/pronunciation of a name! Like whoever was haleigh/joleigh/anjaleigh or avs aparna (who posted "message", something incomprehensible about Hindu mythology). I noticed that the baby name board next door doesn't get nearly as many trolls (the immortal Elaine and ME aside).

The pronounce/proninciation problem is here so that poor English students like me could get a lecture from their linguistics professor when they get it wrong.

It happens from time to time, especially around full moon :). Btw, I wish the leigh person's post could magically go to the other board where he/she could get opinions on kre8tive spellings.

The redundant and cr8tive messages are annoying, but sometimes the semi-comprehensible messages seem to be posted by people that seem to be sincere but have a shaky grasp of English.
