In other words, opinions that aren't in the realm of theories based on facts (i.e., "imo, it's seems more plausible that Katherine means 'torture', because of [insert facts]").
"Popularity" includes both historical and recent popularity. Historical popularity should, I think, go on this board in most cases. But recent popularity, since it does cross over into opinion somewhat, can go on either board imo. But it's judgment call in certain cases.
