This has been seen as a frist and last name also a place so I am not sure if I am doing this right. I have been trying to find what the names means. I have no idea what it could mean or where it is from but it was a name given to me and I have only found few people with the name. no one seem to know what it means or where it comes from can you help? I have seen the name for both male but mainly females. I only know one male who has the name and I believe it is his last name. I will wait as long as it take it just nice to know someone will help when they can. You don't have it on your site and it is pronounce "SEE-DRA".
