In the Basque language, "tx" is pronounced like the English "ch" sound.
So I would guess that "Patxi" is pronounced: "Pachi".

Thanks Eleanor for qualifying your question :) Pronounciation questions make sense if and only if they are set within a geographical / cultural context, otherwise they are completely silly abd should be completely outlawed and persecuted and ultimately expunged. For example, take the name Jean. It has no single all-encompassing universal pronounciation!
