Erin question!
in reply to a message by Roro
What does " erin go bragh " mean ?
I thought that it was a bad word in Scottish gaelic, but then i read it in the same sentence as "merry christmas". Is it a holiday ???
What I remember, Erin means Ireland. Does it mean "go back to ireland"? Or am I totally lost?
Please help me!

I was recently looking through the web trying to find the answer to your exact same question, when i stumbled across an irish trivia site and one of the questions was "What does Erin Go Bragh" mean and the answer was that "Erin Go Bragh" meant "Ireland Forever".
