in regard to v.s. in regards to
I'd like to know whether the use of in regard to could be replaced by in regards to? While checking with several references, I found the former seems to be more frequently used than the latter. I'd be much appreciated if someone could help shed some light on this matter.
Best regards,

The correct English usage is: "in regard to..." or "with regard to..."
Alternately, one may say: "as regards..."
-- Nanaea

Or 'regarding'.
