Well I live in America, so I would say English although I would love to see how it is pronounced in other places and the original pronunciation. Thank you I hope it is not too much!

I've never seen Lorelie, but there's a name Lorelei/Loreley. In Germany it's a water-nymph in a legend, a big rock at the river Rhein bears her name today, but in America it's used as a first name. I think it's the name of the main character in Anna Loos' book "Gentlemen prefer blondes" (?)
In German the name is pronounced lo-reh-LEYE (like "eye" with a "l" in front of it). The stress is on the last syllable.
