Tjorven is a Swedish nickname. You could translate it with "flibbertigibbet". It was used by the Swedish childrens' books author Astrid Lindgren in her book "Vi på Saltkråkan". It was the nickname of the little girl Karin Maria Eleonora Josefina Grankvist. The slang word "tjorva" means something like "get messy", so Tjorven really isn't a "real" name actually.
In Sweden there are a lot of dogs bearing that name. And in Swedish postal slang a "Tjorven" is a car used by postmen.
