Thanks for the site, however, at a glance, names such as 'Hayden' and 'Megan' are without doubt of Welsh derivation (and usage).
Perhaps time is short and it is easier to put 'English' for everything, in which case, why bother?

If you click here: Megan you will see that Megan's usage is listed as "Welsh, English", and its description is "Welsh pet form of Margaret". That is all entirely accurate.
As for Hayden, its Old English derivation is clearly shown in its listing. Do you have an alternative Welsh derivation to share with us?
