Esaul is a combo of Biblical names Esau and Saul.Seifer is German, maybe a last name.
Deacon is a word which is now being used as a name - means an assistant to the church minister, though not a minister himself. One could have, in the past, greeted one by saying "Good morning, Deacon" (like Officer for a cop or Postie for the postman) and this might have given people a name-like impression of it.
The others - not known to me. Where have you seen them?

I have heard the name Terrac before, my sister once was engaged to a guy with the name.
