The name Rovanpera?I've seen it as a first and a last name.

Rovanperä is a Finnish place name. It is also a rarish surname (for example, a Finnish WRC rally driver Harri Rovanperä), but honestly I can't imagine anyone using it as a fn!

I've never heard of it, but I think its origin should be either Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.Lucille

It does sound that way but we have some Finnish family conotations.Not sure if that's true!
