Is the name Johanna biblical at all? To me it sounds biblical and on Days of Our Lives two characters gave their daughter the middle name of Johanna because they found it in the bible after she was born.

Johanna is an Europeanized female form of Yochanan. :)

Indirectly. Johanna (or Joanna) is a female form of the biblical John/Johannes.
