Huldah the Prophetess
The Biblical prophetesses were Sarah, Miriam, Dvorah, Hannah, Avigail, Huldah, and Esther.
All these names are extremely common today, except for Huldah who is unheard of as far as I know. Do you know why? I'm really curious about it, and I can't find any explanation...

Hilda and Hulda/h
There is an old Scandinavian name Hulda too, which is considered too "old-lady". But Hilda (and Matilda) are rather popular in Sweden. I think Hilma will be next, as people look for an alternative to the popular Alma and Hilda. Old names come back but in USA Mathilda and Hilda seem to be still unpopular.

Huldah (Chulda) ist the Ivrit word for "rat" - this should do as an explanation.
