when will names be posted from 2002? (Mike C.)

i was wondering about how long it takes after the beginning of the year in 2003 to get the names from 2002 up. do you think they will be up by February or March, or later than that?

It depends on the SSA, but generally it is about half way through the next year. Definitely not by February or March.
