Hi!
I'm from Finland and I've been wondering the meaning of these two names: Tuula and Tuulia.
They are both female names and I don't think they apear in any other languages, so their ethnic backround is propably totally finnish.
The names are quite similar so they propably mean the same thing.
I found lots of sound-alike names from this web site for Tuula and Tuulia. For example the Russian name Talya sounds quite the same and since Finland is next to Russia, I thought it might be possible that they are related.
Sorry I can't give you any more information about the names, but I would be very gratefull if someone could find the meaning of them.
