The spelling of my name
Hi,
Just wanted to ask if anyone else has seen the spelling of my name for Annika. I've only heard of one more person with the 'acute E' on the end of the name but pronounced Annika.
It'd be great to see my spelling version of my name on the site. I've got extra meaning for Anneké/Annika etc too. "Little Anne", origin Dutch.
-Thanks, Anneké

Hi :-)
The current meaning for Anneke is that it is a "pet form" of Anne. That implies "little Anne" in English.
If you want to submit the Anneké spelling of your name, you need to email the site creator, Mike C (mike@behindthename.com), and you'll need to give him proof that the spelling is commonly used in the Netherlands.
