Since I'm a Voyager girl: Janeway :-p
I like Jean-Luc too, though he's a little too stuffy and distant for my tastes. Janeway has her faults--notably stubborness and bipolar disorder (the latter's according to Kate Mulgrew, as explanation for Janeway's wild mood swings)--but she's strong, warm, and and fun-loving.
I don't watch a lot of DS9 or TOS, so I haven't really formed a well-informed opinion on those captains. I'm indifferent to them, really.
And now I'm finished being horribly off-topic. ;-D
