I had a Swedish friend who's name was Anneli (pronounced Annalie), I'm not sure what it means though, I just assumed it was a form of Anna/Anne.

I know an Annelie, which would sound the same - her names are Anne Elizabeth, and when she was very small, the closest she could get was Annelie - and it became the name everyone has always called her.

Graceful Meadow....sounds okay! However it wont flow to well with her first name!

It sounds like a combination of Ana and lee only the spelling seems to be changed I looked on another website and found that:
Ana means gracious and
Lee means field meadow
I also looked up Analie and nothing came up I need to add to this message, let me finish in another post

It seems to be a combination of Anna and Lee, in which case it would have two derivations: "favour/grace" from Anna and "meadow" from Lee. Some people like to combine the meanings when names are combined; maybe something like "graceful meadow" (?) or...favorable meadow...or maybe you'd be better off just dealing with the two meanings separately....
