Urd, Skuld and Verdandi are the names of the three Norns in Scandinavian mythology. They represent the past, the future and the present. I haven´t heard anybody called by these names. Skuld means guilt or debt in Swedish so it would not be a popular name to use.

Straight from the dungeon dimensions ... skuld in Afrikaans means debt. Belldandy makes me think of a very well groomed decoy goat that leads sheep into the abattoir. Urd is close to Urk (Cold Comfort Farm!) and Peorth is vaguely Anglo-Saxon but too vaguely. Did you actually find these somewhere?
