As a native speaker of German, I tend to pronounce the letter y like German ü (or uy in the pronunciation key of this site). This pronunciation is probably close to the historical Anglo-Saxon pronunciation of Cyna (as they had written it).--elbowin

My daughters name is Kyna and we pronounce it Key-na. We do know of other people who pronounce it Ky-na (as in sky). Since it is an english form of an Irish name and the orignal spelling seems to have disappeared, I can only tell you that all I could find out about the name says it is a feminine form of Conán (which means wise) or from cion "love, affection, esteem. The word cion is pronounced key-un so I would go with Key-na. I hope this is helpfull.
