I stayed in Spain for awhile, and lived with a family there when I was 17. My "mothers" name was Lola and she hated it. She said that everyone with the name of Lola seems to be an awful person, or a whore. She hated her name. I told her of the song, "Lola, Coca Cola" song about a man prentending to be a girl (transvestite) and she agreed that was a good name for a gay trasvestite.
