Hi i like the name Alice and Elise and like the look of the name Aileas. I have Scottish ancestry so that's better still as it's supposed to be the Scottish version of Alice. I was just wondering how would u pronounce it Ah lise or A lice ?

Aileas and Alice both derive from the Old German name Adalheidis (see Adelaide), which means "the noble type." It is pronounced AH-lus and/or AY-lus.

Aileas is not related to Elise.
