Py doesn't mean anything at all. People who have called their children this, have just liked the sound this syllable produces. It has been used as a kind of hypochoristic "pet"-name for some time, and in recent years one has also begun using it as an official ("real") name.

Found the answer for Iselin!Iselin/Iselinn are Norwegian versions of the name Isleen which comes from the Celtic name Aisling.
