First how you use the websit, you can type your name in the box provided on the main page, then press search.
When you do, it will take you to the meaning of your name, or in the case that name is not listed in the data-base, it will search for names of simailr pronounciation, and spelling, which happens in your case.
The most obvious was the name Lashawn, which is female and male.
It states the prefix 'la' is added to the name Shawn.
In your case it could be the suffix 'a' added onto the end with an alternate spelling, or the prefix 'la' being added onto the name Shana.
